Turning the Corner

Here we are, at the intersection between where we have been and where we are headed. A turn is necessary and it's a bonus to know what to pay attention to on the new road for successful navigation and movement destination.

My direction giver is providing the following for my journey through 2025. I bet yours could be so similar that we have equally wonderful and scenic drives. May I share? If you agree, please share it with your friends and acquaintances.

1. Keep a Gratitude Attitude – knowing that grace goes ahead of you and that you are the recipient, not the provider, of all that is good in your life.

2. Prioritize a Divine Relationship – Begin your new day by recognizing the presence of God, inviting His guidance, and reading His inspiration.

3. Move Daily - Create an activity involving bodily movement, engagement, flexibility, and challenge for 15-30 minutes daily.

4. Affirm Your Best Ideals – What do you love about yourself, your possibilities, your place, and your people? Say it out loud, and never speak with derision about yourself or others.

5. Shut the Door to Denigrators - If you are among doubters, negators, cannot, or will not people, show them out of earshot.

6. Help People – Always extend your ability to add, strengthen, or lift others.

7. Work from the Inside Out - Be central to your internal. Grow your soul. Know the Holy Spirit’s voice. Create governance for yourself by following what the Creator writes in your

heart.

8. Champion Yourself! - Believe in who you are called to be. Do what you are called to do. Go where you are destined to go. Do not sit and wait when you can run and pursue.

9. Know that Your Focus Determines Your Outcome – Keeping the main thing the main thing, centralizing your purpose to your activity, will create direction, momentum, and ultimately, success.

10. You Get One Chance to Live Your One Life – While every day is new, transformation is God’s objective for a continual life of growth, effectiveness, and impact. We are looking for a welcome and commendation that says, at the end of our time on earth, “‘Well done!’ said his master, ‘you’re a sound, reliable servant.” Our life is a gift from God; give it back.

What resonates with your journey ahead and what thoughts of adjustment for betterment are in your mind for 2025? I look forward to learning from you. Please comment and rate this blog here or write me on the 'Get in Touch' form at the bottom of this page.
